What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: paypal, visa, delta, electron, mastercard, eurocard, american express, switch, maestro & solo.  We also accept cheques payable ONLY to Gary Bray.  Please send cash via recorded delivery if you wish to pay using that method.

When will my order be ready?    

Usually between 2 - 7 days depending on stock and current order load.  Please note some orders may take slightly longer as we have no control over our suppliers.

Delivery time?  

Depends on the postman. Usually next day after finishing. International delivery usually five or six days. If you wish guaranteed next day delivery please email us for a price.

Delivery costs?

All items on our website are all individually priced and automatically combined when added to shopping cart.

Are they really Hand Made?  

Absolutely. Each pen is turned by hand. We do not use copy lathes so each pen is truly unique. Care and skill are needed to turn out a beautiful pen of quality. Many people can turn pens but skill and attention to detail is needed to reach our quality. After turning we then use 14 sanding stages down to 12000 grit (240 grit is used for house painting!) Stabilizing the wood then sealing. Finally multiple coats of hardwearing finish.

Will you give my details away?

We will never give or sell your personal details. Details you give to Paypal are on a secure server so you can shop with confidence.



I am interested in carrying your line of pens in my store.  Do you offer wholesale prices for volume purchases?

Yes, Drop us a email giving us an idea has to how many pens you would like carry and we will send you a price list based on your expected volume.

Do you take special requests for different types of wood?

Yes. Every pen is custom made in the type of wood selected. If you want a type of wood not on the list, let me know and I'll try to get it.

Do you offer other products?

Yes. I do have other products to offer and will be adding them to the site in the near future. Check back often to see what's new.
 

I am afraid if I use my correct e-mail address, you will spam me or sell my address to a third party?

Our guarantee that we do not sell our customers information to any third party. We may contact you every so often with offers but if you reply with STOP in the subject box we will take your name of our mailing list.
 

Is there a quantity discount?

You can get 5% discount on 5 or more pens purchased in one transaction from our online shop.

Do the pens come in a gift box?

No, they come in a free clear plastic sleeve.  You can purchase single or double pen boxes in either solid rosewood, maple or plastic from our online shop.
