Returns

All orders we receive are carefully checked before we dispatch them.  However should an error occur or the goods be found damaged / faulty or you find them not to your satisfaction please return them to: 

Bristol Wood Crafts, 382 Hotwell Road, Hotwells, Bristol, BS8 4NT.

Please contact us before you return any goods and we will issue you with a returns reference.  Please keep all the packaging in cases where any goods are damaged.

In cases where you are not happy with your product please make sure goods are returned in resalable condition as we will not be able to issue a full refund if this becomes the case.  We reserve the right not to refund cost of items returned in a condition which prevents us from reselling them.  We will not refund postage in cases where you are not happy.  We will only refund postage if item has to be return for repair or replacement.

NOTIFICATION must be made within 10 days of you receiving your goods.
